‘RUBY’ A group show at Gallery Vela
London artist and Royal Academy student Eddie Peake has curated an exhibition in a space called Gallery Vela a short walk from Oxford Circus. Although he has not included any work of his own, he has curated this exhibition as a kind of extension of his own ideas. Including pieces which use themes of sexuality, gender and uncertainty by London artists.
The show is exhibiting the work of Adham Faramawy, Alexandre da Cunha, Tamar Harpaz, Celia Hempton, Richard Gasper, George Henry Longly, Christina Mackie, Sophie Michael, Fabian Peake, Prem Sahib, Daniel Sinsel and Maria Zahle.

‘Ruby’ is at Gallery Vela until 26 May 2012. Open Wednesday-Saturday, 12pm-6pm.
