COTTWEILER A.W 12 ‘ENTIRE FIELD’ LFW
Cottweiler, the London menswear designers presented London Fashion Week with their latest collection last night. Shown in Primitive, a gallery and shop in Haggerston the designers collaborated with artist Nicholas Bates to make a film. Shown in the galleries two spaces underneath railway arches, one acts as a showroom and the other a viewing area for the film. The film was projected on to a screen on the middle of the floor making the viewer peer over and down to watch the film.
The collection itself was presented in the shop so the clothing could be seen up close. Using minimal and clean pattern cutting, this menswear sportswear collection appears both very functional and refreshingly new in it’s clever pattern cuts and shapes.
